down under: perth city tour

hey, mite (mate)!! im back fr the land down under!! it was a lovely vacation, and so, im trying hard to survive fr the so called post-vacation blues!! you might be wondering why i like to use the term downunder instead of australia. in fact, this term is originally referred to australia and new zealand due to their location at the southern hemosphere. but i think this term is just so cool like that, and so again, tell you, im back fr the land down under. fact is, this term has a stronger association wiv australia, and thus australia- the land down under.

i took damn so a lot pics there. but im not in the mood to blog!!

at lcct. my future father and sis in law.

my bearbear.

he who cant live without newspaper.

nah, damn so crowded. it was a full flight to perth. but honestly i hate aa so much. the tix was slashed half months before departure, which i could actually save few hundred bucks if i din make the bookings that early off!! thanks to h1n1 outbreak and aa's "damn-so-smart" marketing strategists!!

upon arriving. bearbear in his slumber.

perth welcomes me.

and my bearbear again.

excited me.

bearbear at perth airport.

at tourist info counter.

found directory in bahasa indonesia which says quite a lot indonesians here.

tourist asking for directions at william street.

private-sponsored chinese radio.

bus stop at cleaver street.

and the pic says it all.

i hav a habit of shooting photo in the loo. at kfc.

ang-mo(s) picnicking.

i hav no idea what its for. but the school and pupil names were written on the tiles which i think they were the guests at barrack square, a square where bell tower located.

bell tower.

me and bearbear. some bells in the building were gifts fr london to the western australia ppl.

so, we hav eye-on-msia in melaka. and, here, this is eye-on-western australia at our back.

11aud per entry at bell tower.

spotted a postbox and sent some postcards back to msia.

swan river.

this is funny!! eiffel tower is sexy, belltower is not!!

street names in australia are so british-inspired!!
