to explore angkor archeological park, it takes, at least 3 days, to cover all the large and small temples inside the compound and, you can never finish it in just 1-day tour, exactly. but for us, 3-day is just too much, so a 2-day visit would be at its best. or else, pama would kill me and bearbear for bad-planning.
met a canadian couple. and again, we were mistakenly referred to as japanese. jap tourists were voted the world's best, so its a total compliment. and so im a proud jap tourist, dun play-play!!
temple ruins. the angkor park once disappeared due to the encroaching jungle, plus its perished civilization and culture. it was then discovered by a french botanist who put up a jurnal, and thus the lost of angkor city became famous and too much commercialised.
kids selling postcards and shawls are everywhere in the park. some of them would ask for money or food while others might follow you touring the temples and sing some songs which you dun understand, and get you to pay them.
sometimes i love my straight hair for i dun hav to do hair straightening. sometimes, i hate her for making my ponytail so like the old-time chinese corpse's braided hair. all in all, i dun like its volume for being too thin like my bodyline. no joke, wth!!
tadaa!! this is the guesthouse we were staying, the babel siem reap. highly recommended to all, cuz its too cozy which i loved it so much, a bit pricey, operated by a joint-venture of french, spanish and italian.
